I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a business coach, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, personal development, and helping others reach their potential. Family is incredibly important to me, and I’ve been married for nearly 30 years.
Giving back is also a big part of who we are. We stay actively involved in our local community, including supporting local schools and service dog initiatives.
Our agency offers three weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, a Simple IRA retirement plan, professional development, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement.

As an Account Associate for Ashleigh Mooney - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Ashleigh Mooney - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
