As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashleigh Mooney - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
The first step in the process is to complete two assessments, the CTS Sales Profile and the Learning Style Survey. The information derived from these assessments is important, and it will be used in our decision process. You will get the best results if you follow the instructions closely and answer the questions honestly. Also, complete them at a time when you are rested, not distracted, and can finish without interruption. These assessments will take you approximately 40-60 minutes to complete.
